Thanks to their contributions, knowledge and experience, the Advisory Board - Board of Advisors collaborates significantly with the teams that drive the initiatives and ILCE Regional Program on issues such as legal and technological aspects, research and development, implementation, education, training and outreach, among others.

Vikki Rogers is Director of the Institute of International Commercial Law at Pace Law School. Is adjunct faculty at Pace and Fordham Law School on International Trade Law and International Arbitration. He previously worked for Legal Studies leading local and international law issues Building and International Arbitration. He was also a case manager at the AAA ICDR (American Arbitration Association). He has published in the areas of International Sales Law, Dispute Resolution Electronics (RED / ODR) and International Arbitration. Currently an advisor to the Board of the Association of Electronic Commerce and Advertising Internactiva (ACEPI) Portugal
