One of the main objectives of Latin American Institute for Electronic Commerce - ILCE is to weave an open network regional organizations and institutions that promote the initiatives of each of its members and businesses together to promote online.
Currently the main institutions of the region make possible the digital economy by promoting business online are part of this network, among which are:
Chambers and Associations National Electronic Commerce or related to the Digital Economy in LATAM
Argentina Chamber of Electronic Commerce CACE ( http://www.cace.org.ar ) Created in 1998, the Argentina Chamber of Electronic Commerce (CACE) brings together companies and enterprises sector, aiming to make the consolidation of the Digital Economy as an effective tool for social and economic development of Argentina and its regional economies.
Colombian Chamber of Electronic Commerce CCCE ( http://www.cce.org.co ): A nonprofit organization that aims to disseminate and promote the use and development of new information and communication technologies applied to trade and e-business and intensify this new form of business as an alternative channel for the development and expansion of the digital economy in Colombia.
Brazilian Chamber of Electronic Commerce TENS ( http://www.camara-e.net ): Founded on May 7, 2001 is the several leaders, sector entity in Latin America and the representative of the Brazilian organization over the Economy Digital. Their role has been instrumental in promoting security in electronic transactions, public policy, aligned to the expectations of modern society and especially the improvement of regulatory frameworks that support measures legal incentives to the development of our country.
Peruvian Chamber of Electronic Commerce CAPECE ( http://www.capece.org.pe ) is a non-profit and private, formed by top professionals who coordinate with prestigious institutions, universities and local government level nationally and internationally for coordinated actions that contribute to social and economic development of craftsmen, artists, small and medium enterprise and entrepreneurial person that has an exportable and you are interested in manufacturing for export, import and / or market their products and services primarily through the Internet.
Paraguayan Chamber of Electronic Commerce CAPACE ( http://www.capace.org.py ) orgnización business association is a nonprofit gathers user companies and entrepreneurs in the sector and aims to make the Digital Economy to constitute an effective tool for social and economic development of Paraguay and their regional economies.
Mexican Internet Association AMIPCI
( http://www.amipci.org.mx ): Founded in 1999, includes companies that represent a real influence on the development of the Internet Industry in Mexico. Among his accomplishments are:
- Five Strategic Internet Dating, classified as major events in Mexico Internet strategy, and a meeting intended only for the university sector.
- Five studies on Internet AMIPCI in Mexico and a Study of Electronic Commerce. These studies provide useful statistical information for making business decisions.
- Development of courses, diploma courses and seminars on the Internet, Marketing, Electronic Billing, among others, with the cooperation of various educational institutions.
- Four maps of the Internet industry in Mexico and a yearbook, which both provide information on the development of industry, which aims to provide useful reference material for advanced users and beginners.

Venezuelan Chamber of Electronic Commerce CAVECOM ( http://www.cavecom-e.org.ve ): An independent civil association, which brings together the natural and legal persons who are or support their activities in the electronic media, providing a Guild cuts across all sectors of national economic life.
Cavecom-e was born in 1999 when a group of businessmen identified the need to create an association that would defend and represent the interests of industry to government and international bodies.
The main objective of Cavecom-e is more efficient and profitable e-business area and to promote innovation and the changes necessary to the successful development of business in this era marked by the knowledge industry.
Ecuadorian Corporation of Electronic Commerce CORPECE ( http://www.corpece.org.ec ): This is a non-governmental and non-profit, which is funded by its members. ISOC is the only organization dedicated exclusively to global Internet development, with the specific task to focus its efforts and actions on particular issues on the Internet, founded in 1991 by a large part of the "architects" pioneers responsible for its design, ISOC has main objective of being a center of cooperation and global coordination for the development of consistent standards and protocols for the Internet.
Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CCL http://www.ccs.cl ): A Professional Association nonprofit, founded in 1919, bringing together more than 1,400 member companies: large, small and medium, representing the most relevant economic sectors.
The CCS has an important union work, representing the concerns of their bases to the Authority, actively involved in legislative issues considered of interest to its partners and companies nationwide.
The work of the CCS has been designed to support business development of the country, which has a range of products and services aimed primarily at providing its partners, and entrepreneurs in general, the right tools to improve management .
The Santiago Chamber of Commerce is responsible for editing and distribution of Commercial Information Bulletin.
Internet Paraguayan Chamber CAPADI ( http://www.capadi.org.py ): The formation of the Paraguayan Chamber of Internet began in April 1997, when Internet Service Providers launched joint actions to prevent the departure of the ANTELCO as an Internet provider in Paraguay.
Since then, companies continued pooling effort, not only defend against Unfair Competition, but to become a pioneer of Telecommunication in the country, especially in the development of the Network in Paraguay.
Dominican Chamber of Electronic Commerce CADOLEC ( http://www.cadolec.org ): Created in 2009, brings together CADOLEC user companies and entrepreneurs in the sector and aims to ensure that the digital economy should become a powerful tool for social development and economic development of the Dominican Republic and its regional economies.
Guayaquil Chamber of Commerce CCG ( http://www.lacamara.org ), with headquarters in the city of the same name, aims to: Promote the development of trade, the sources of wealth and business in general, seek prosperity of its partners, who provide support and cooperation for the development of its activities, and services necessary within the laws and of this Statute; civic influence results in the development of the city of Guayaquil and the achievement their socio-economic objectives

Spanish Association of Electronic Commerce AECEM ( http://www.aecem.org ): The Spanish Association of Electronic Commerce and Relationship Marketing (AECEM-FECEMD) was born in 2005 through the merger of Spanish Association of Relationship Marketing (AEMR- FECEMD) and the Spanish Association of Electronic Commerce (AECE-FECEMD).
Currently, AECEM-FECEMD represents over 200 companies whose activities are related to electronic commerce and / or relationship marketing and aims to be a reference against governmental and legislative institutions in electronic commerce and in all that affecting the relationship marketing, direct and interactive. ![]()
Electronic Commerce Association and Interactive Advertising ACEPI ( http://www.acepi.pt /) is an independent non-profit natural and legal persons, in order to study in Portugal and the implementation of the various forms of trade address in particular eAdvertising, electronic commerce, eFinance and eMobile, which is an independent forum, open to debate, training, promotion, generalization and dignity of these materials in Portugal.
