Information Technologies and Communications, known by its acronym ICT generates new economic models work where other actors enter the scene and proposals:

- e-government.
This poses new demands and needs of human resources that the current labor supply does not cover because it has to acquire the necessary knowledge and appropriate technologies to reposition.
The Latin American Institute for Electronic Commerce ILCE supports and develops initiatives that provide a comprehensive solution of practical and accessible training to join the information society and the benefits of the digital economy
These initiatives provide the skills necessary to successfully you enter the world of internet business allow us to improve the quality of the offer to provide access to best practices and knowledge and achieve them.
