Operation:

- If the customer / buyer does not want to participate in the Program RED / ODR negative rating will become neutral.
- If the customer / buyer wants to try to improve their experience, the negative rating is suspended and begins the process of Dispute Resolution Electron.
-The process involves the client / buyer express the reasons for the negative rating of the seller adhered, and choose between different solutions, some consider that you can leave satisfied.
-This information is sent to the seller adhered, that within 5 working days will answer if you are able to satisfy the sales order / buyer and thus improve your shopping experience.
- If the customer / buyer proposes is accepted by the seller adhered, it is considered that there has been agreement between the parties, the seller must describe how attached you will comply with this proposed solution, which upon completion, becomes positive rating and for terminating the process.
- If no agreement between the parties, the program will offer to them in the future to proceed to the second stage network in which the parties will receive the assistance of a neutral third party - human-to act as facilitator to assist the solution of case.
